About
Ignacio is an Exponential Fellow and Forward Deployed Engineer at HappyRobot, the AI-native operating system for logistics backed by Andreessen Horowitz and Y Combinator. A Theoretical Physicist from the Universitat de Barcelona, he holds a Master's in Data Science from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, where he earned a scholarship to develop Vision Transformers for wind energy forecasting. Before joining HappyRobot, he spent two years at pass_by as a Data Scientist and Solutions Engineer, implementing ML-powered data pipelines and presenting at international conferences including NRF New York and Shoptalk Las Vegas. He also conducted research at the Institute of Space Sciences (ICE-CSIC), building statistical models for the ESA PAZ satellite mission. Ignacio is now based in San Francisco, deploying AI agents for the largest players in the logistics industry.
